Q: Has my puppy been potty trained?
A: We use early potty pad training and hear great reviews from our puppy's families once they are in their new home. Your puppy has had a great start, but its up to you to continue with the training!
Q: Will you meet me part way to pick up my puppy?
A: We do offer helping to transport your puppy. Please see our "Information" page regarding options, and pricing.
Q: Will my puppy go to the vet before I take them home?
A: Yes, your puppy will have a minimum of one health check by a Licensed Vet before you bring them home!
Q: Do you provide a health guarantee/contract?
A: Yes! Please see our "Information" page for our Health Guarantee and Contract.
Q: Do you microchip?
A: Yes, your puppy will come with an AKC Reunite microchip.
Q: Can I visit my puppy when they’re young?
A: At a young age, puppies are susceptible to viruses that could harm or kill them. Due to this, our only concern is the heath of our puppies. We are happy to welcome to chat over video for you to see your puppy, until after 9 weeks of age, after your puppy's first vaccine has started taking effect.
Q: Am I able to meet the puppies to pick the pup I want?
A: Our puppies receive their first vaccine between 7 and 8 weeks old. Due to the decrease in immunity that a vaccine causes, we welcome visits 1-2 weeks after the vaccine is administered, once the vaccine has started taking effect.
Q: When can I bring my puppy home?
A: If all is well, we allow our puppies to leave after 9 weeks old.
Q: How much are your puppies?
A: Many factors determine the prices of our puppies, such as color, gender, size, type, and lineage. Typically, you can expect to find a Phoenix Pom for $2,500 to $5,000. There are times our prices will be more or less.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
To reserve your puppy, we will accept Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, and Apple Pay. If we are meeting in person for you to pick up your puppy, we will accept cash for the balance. If you are having your puppy brought to you via puppy nanny, we will accept the above mentioned payment methods prior to your puppy leaving our care.
Q: Do you accept payment plans?
A: We do accept payment plans, however we require that your puppy be paid in full before they leave our care, unless otherwise arranged.
Q: Can you hold onto my puppy for longer than 10 weeks of age?
A: Though we do prefer our puppies to be with their new family to ensure bonding, boarding may be arranged. However, we do require a $5 boarding fee per day. This fee will be used to pay for food, toys, and vaccines, and continued care.
Q: Do you sell Teacup Pomeranians?
A: Unfortunately, quite some time ago, unethical breeders made up the term “Teacup”, to lure unsuspecting families into paying more money for a Pomeranian. Pomeranians are typically 3-7 pounds, and according to AKC, the term “Teacup” is not recognized by AKC, and AKC is not affiliated with the term. All Pomeranians are considered a “toy” breed.
